FERRYL 103 is a chemically active rust preventing oil, substantially containing FERRYL RUST INHIBITORS. FERRYL 103 leaves a dry, thick and tough film with excellent adhesion and superior rust preventing properties. FERRYL 103 has a high melting point. The FERRYL products rely on chemical properties for best possible results in rust prevention. The special FERRYL inhibitors contained in the FERRYL grease, oil or plastic compounds provide an excellent long lasting rust protection at a low cost. A few products will cover your entire need. All products are supplied ready to use.
Range of Applications Directions for Use
FERRYL 103 with its extremely powerful Ferryl rust inhibitors is designed for the extreme rust protection often needed on board ships.
FERRYL 103 can be applied with brush, spraying (airless or airspraying) or
dipping. The film is easily removed with FERRYL 404 or
FERRYL CLEANING FLUID.
FERRYL 103 is generally used where a dry rust-protective film is
preferred,
eg. on spare parts, mooring wires, spare propellers, axels, stout machine parts, engines, chaincables, etc., and to protect all kinds of tools, parts, machinery, etc.
FERRYL 103 can, if required, be diluted with FERRYL 404.
FERRYL 103 should be applied to surface after moisture has been
removed with Ferryl Rustoil , during storage and
transport.
FERRYL 103 is delivered ready to use in 25 liter steel drums.
