FERRYL 400 R gives a completely dry and flexible film, which is rust protecting and resistant to oil, grease, petrol, saltwater, alkali, diluted acids and is resistant to light. The FERRYL  products rely on  chemical properties for best possible results in rust prevention. The special FERRYL  inhibitors contained in the FERRYL  grease, oil or plastic compounds provide an excellent long lasting rust protection at a low cost. A few products will cover your entire need. FERRYL 400 R            has been designed for the tough conditions on board     
FERRYL 400 R            is delivered ready to use and should only in ships and, as an anticorrosive plastic compound, it is exceptional cases be diluted with FERRYL 404.  After having cleaned the surface from oil, grease, dirt, etc., with FERRYL 404, far superior to paint, but can still be applied by brush.
FERRYL 400 R            is especially adapted for standing rigging, insulated CLEANING FLUID or FERRYCID, apply FERRYL 400 R 2-3 times with a brush, tubes, electric cables, etc., and is with advantage used applying a thick coating each time.
FERRYL 400 R            is quickly touch-dry, but to achieve best result, let dry on other objects where a white flexible and anticorrosive film is desirable.
FERRYL 400 R            has proven to be superior to, for instance, white lead and                           tallow, as well as paint, on the standing rigging for 24 hours before next coating. Brushes can be cleaned in FERRYL 404                                                                      FERRYL 400 R            is delivered in 12 litre steel drums.
