Overview:

The cooling water corrosion inhibitor is a very effective and commonly used non-ferrous metals and non-ferrous cooling water system of organic corrosion inhibitor compounds. Oxidation protective film can be formed in the metal surface of the closed system to prevent corrosion to occur, increase the cooling efficiency, extend the unit life.

Purposes:

Gasoline and diesel engines, compressors, heating system, central air-conditioning systems and so on.

1.  Conditions fresh water to prevent scale from being formed.

2.  Conditions metal to resist rust.

3.  Provides scale and rust protection when the  engine is in operation or shutdown.

4.  Holds scale forming minerals in suspension for complete and effective bleed-off   procedure

5.  Liquid for easy handling and complete mixing.

DOSAGE

Add initial dose of 6 litres of  WATER TREATMENT to each 1,000 litresof cooling water. Maintain 1500-2000ppm as sodium nitrite. For corrective treatment, see the following chart. The pH should be maintained from 8.5-9.5.

PRECAUTION: DANGER

Contains sodium nitrite. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Avoid prolonged contact with skin-may cause irritation. Wear rubber gloves and goggles or face shield when handling this product and its solution. DO NOT MIX WITH ANYTHING BUT WATER.

SPECIFICATION

Form: A clear to very slight haze, pale yellow  liquid

Composition: A blend of nitrites, water conditioners and inhibitors(copper)

Flash point: None C.O.C.

Weight: Approx. 1.2kg per litre

pH(100% solution): 12.0-12.5

pH(1% solution): 9.0-10.0

STORAGE

Store in cool place in original container. If contents are frozen, storage in warm place will restore fluid to its original state without adverse effect on working quality.
