Rust remover and rust converter can be used for rusty steel and sandblasted steel as precoat. After brushing or spray drying, paint can be directly applied, and a black film insoluble in water is formed when the material shows, so as to prevent moisture from permeating the metal surface. It has no influence on most coating types and coating systems, such as modified alkyd resin, chlorinated rubber, epoxy resin, polyurethane and vinyl coatings.

Painting or repainting, such as cargo holds, decks, hatch covers, superstructures, pipes, winches, rails, etc., are also used for sandblasting surfaces to prevent or passivate "flash rust". It is especially suitable for highly corrosive marine atmosphere, and also suitable for offshore oil drilling platforms, shipyards and refineries.
usage
Thoroughly remove loose rust and rust scale, oxide scale, rust chips, foaming and paint deterioration with rust removal tools, and remove oil and grease if any. In heavy industry and marine environment, rust always contains soluble salt. Wash it with fresh water first, and then brush or spray this product. One liter of this product is about 20 square meters, and the reaction time is 3 hours. Paint/coating should not be applied prematurely. If the antirust agent is applied to narrow areas, the reaction time should be appropriately extended until it is dried before application.

Warning: This rust inhibitor should not be used on surfaces with high temperature above 40 C..
